Any court that is not listed above does NOT require identity verification. Please check the court information page or enrollment contract for the specific requirements of your court. We suggest you make a copy for your records. Traffic101.com® will notify you if there is a problem with your notarized forms. We are not responsible if we are unable to notify you because of inaccurate personal information. It is ultimately the student’s responsibility to follow up with Traffic101.com®. Notary fees are the sole responsibility of the student. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY I. 100% Money Back Guarantee Traffic101.com® agrees to grant a full refund to any student that cancels the enrollment contract before completing the final exam. Any student that has completed the final exam, has willfully misrepresented himself or has cheated is ineligible for a refund.
